Not engage in fraudulent activities
Not misrepresent the Service or its benefits
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Service for illegal purposes

6. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions between members:

Are peer-to-peer and not processed by Share Circle
Should be conducted through secure payment methods
Are the sole responsibility of the participating members

Share Circle does not guarantee any returns or financial benefits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Share Circle shall not be liable for:
